Services and Fees

In addition to chiropractic care, Discover Chiropractic and Wellness also offers the following services:

*Benefit information is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Health and accident insurance policies are an arrangement between you and your insurance company – NOT between your insurance company and our office. You are financially responsible for any annual deductible, co-pay, or portion that your insurance does not pay. Our office offers the convenience of calling your insurance company and getting your benefits for you. This does not guarantee that your insurance company will pay the stated fee’s.

We are considered In-Network providers with the following insurances:
* BCBS – All plans EXCEPT HMO
* Beechstreet Network
* CCN Network
* Cigna
* Evolutions Healthcare
* First Health Network
* Great West
* Medicare
* Manatee Health Network
* PHCS
* Prime Health Network
* United Healthcare

We accept and will file, but are considered Out-of-Network providers for the following insurances:
* Aetna – PPO and QPOS

Please call us at 749-8552 and we will gladly verify your insurance, deductibles and co-pays.

We do not accept and will not file for the following insurances:
* GHI (as of 6/1/07)
* HMO's of any kind

If you do not have insurance, refer to our Time of Service Fee Schedule
