We are considered In-Network providers with the following insurances:
* BCBS – Traditional Plan only – for other BCBS plans, please call    749-8552 to get benefit verification. We will gladly verify your    insurance, deductibles and co-pays.
* Beechstreet Network
* CCN Network
* Evolutions Healthcare
* First Health Network
* Great West
* Medicare
* Manatee Health Network
* PHCS
* Prime Health Network
* United Health Care

We accept and will file, but are considered Out-of-Network providers for the following insurances:
* Aetna – PPO and QPOS
* BCBS PPO

We do not accept and will not file for the following insurances:
* Cigna
* GHI (as of 6/1/07)
* HMO's of any kind
